Coast to Coast Warranty Service is provided when a service is performed at any of the 1,100 American Care Care Centers. This covers parts and labor for the items listed below.
All warranted coverage shall be applied based on time (for example 6 months) or mileage (for example 6,000 miles) whichever expires LAST.
* Brake Services
12 months or 12,000 miles
* Brake Package
36 months or 36,000 miles
* Steering & Suspension Parts
12 months or 12,00 miles
* MacPherson Sturt (Cartridges & Assemblies) & Shock Absorbers
12 months or 12,000 miles
* Alignment
6 months or 6,000 miles
* Wheel Balance
6 months or 6,000 miles
The warranty does not cover engine repairs, internally lubricated transmissions, tires and batteries.
If parts that are under warranty and become defected, the customer :
• Within 10 miles, can go back to the repair shop where the original work was performed, and have the part(s) replaced for nothing, that includes labor too.
• If a customer is more than 10 miles from the original shop, the customer can call the warranty hotline toll-free number, 800.473.1939, and be directed to the nearest ACCC. The customer must have the warranty papers with the orginal invoice in order to receive the warranty serivces.
